  • Length of stay: 14 days
  • Cost of stay: $322.00
  • Discount: Passport America
  • Hook ups: Electric 30 amp only, with available water and dump
  • Site number/quality: Site #40, very large, level, grassy, and private.
  • Park quality: Wonderful large park, all sites are paved, and most have trees or bushes to separate you from your neighbors. The park is clean and appears to be well managed. There are hiking and bike trails throughout. The park is on the shallow end of Lake Erie, so the water is not good for swimming but is nice to walk along. The lodge has a very nice restaurant. Park is very quiet overall, but be prepared to wake early to song birds (the very best alarm)!
  • Mail: Mail, UPS, and FedEx are accepted at the ranger office.
  • Access: Easy access off Rt 2
  • Connectivity: Accepable Cricket AT&T and T-Mobile
  • Return yes/no?: Yes
  • Notes: Moved completely out of our house and into the motorhome during this stay, which completed the process of our being full-time nomads. This park feels like home to us, and it will always be our first choice when we are in the area.
