Fellow Travelers

Fellow Travelers

When we were still considering whether or not to hit the road full-time, we found the experience of fellow travelers who’ve gone before to be very helpful.

Here are some of the bloggers/vloggers that we have enjoyed over the years.

  • Gone with the Wynns – Jason and Nikki were the first full-time nomads we connected with, first on YouTube and then on their blog starting back around 2013. They have since traded in their RV for a sailboat, but we still enjoy their videos very much.
  • RV Geeks – Peter and John’s YouTube videos have been regular viewing for us since we got serious about the RV thing. Their how-to videos are some of the best on the internet.
  • RV Love – Mark and Julie were very instrumental in our choosing to buy a Thousand Trails membership, which has made full-time nomadic life affordable. We’ve been quite impressed with the growing quality and quantity of their videos, too.
  • Technomadia – Chris and Cherie have been invaluable to us in many ways, but most importantly in regard to being internet connected on the road. We’ve learned much from them. We are members of their premium group, RV Mobile Internet. We highly recommended them.
  • RV Dreams – Howard and Linda gave us our first taste of boondocking in March 2015 at their Boondocking Bootcamp held at the North Florida State Fairgrounds. We learned a whole lot that weekend about what our rig could and couldn’t do without hookups. Nice people, too.
  • Long Long Honeymoon – Sean and Kristy aren’t technically full-timers, but they have been RVing so long that they know what’s up. And Sean is always good for a laugh or two.

The other links below are for bloggers that we are less familiar with, but still check out from time to time. They are listed in no particular order.
