Site number/quality: #7 – Huge gravel site with a jungle vibe, lots of greenery between sites. Site is level and angled, easy to park.
Quality of park: Great park and campground. Sites are large and spread out. Some of the turns were a little tight for our moho, but manageable. Everything is clean and well kept.
Access to park: Easy, about 3 miles off I-75.
Notes: The Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center is part of the park. We had a nice time here, even though it was very hot (90 degrees +) and dry. There were a lot of song birds singing from early morning to evening, so beautiful! We weren’t bothered by mosquitoes at all, but gnats were bad.
