RATING: ♦♦♦
- Length of stay: 9 days
- Cost of stay: $243
- Discount: none
- Hook ups: Electric only, w/dump
- Site number/quality: First site #E11 was large and private, on cul de sac, but the site was too slopey, couldn’t get level. After a couple of days, we moved to site #E22 which was great, large and level with a shade tree.
- Park quality: Huge park, nicely maintained, a bit hilly. Lodge looked like it could use some updating, but was clean. We were there off season, so not much going on.
- Access: Easy access from I-77
- Connectivity: Spotty
- Return yes/no?: Yes
- Notes: We ended up extending our stay by a few days because we liked the park and bad weather was predicted in the days ahead. Made a visit to the old Cambridge glass factory.
- Website: Salt Fork State Park
