- Park quality: very nice small park, paved roads in park (good for bike riding and walking), no swimming pool or recreational amenities, natural setting on river with boat locks, beautiful natural setting
- Mail: Did not accept mail or packages
- Access: Easy, off 2-lane SR 78, 15 minutes east of I-75 near North Fort Myers
- Connectivity: Strong Cricket/AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile
