- Park Quality: Winnebago provides free free overnight parking to customers near the service center with full hookups. This is our fourth time here.
- Access: Center of Junction City, just off OR-99.
- Connectivity: Verizon-OK, AT&T-OK, and T-Mobile-OK.
- Return yes/no?: Hopefully, we’ll never have to return again now that the repairs are completed. That said, the experience was generally positive, except for the delays in getting parts and the outrageous costs of the parts, which admittedly was more Lippert’s fault than Winnebago’s.

- Notes: The shop installed the new jacks in one day. They now work better than ever. Final cost for the hydraulic pump (which as installed on our last visit) and the four new jacks was $8,269 including labor! If we had known how much it would be before we started, we might have decided to live without jacks or found an alternate solution. But now that they are repaired, it’s great to have them working as they should.
